TT Sport Horses – Tori Desborough

I am a showjumper and spend my time producing young horses for sale. I am fortunate to have a couple of owner joining with us this coming season with my own 2 showjumpers Brogan and Dakota.
We also have small breeding programme in place with first foal being born 2021
Based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, Tori not only sources and sells quality sport horses, but also runs a  busy competition, rehabilitation and training livery yard, providing a happy, healthy environment for horses, owners and riders. Also offering residential training and lessons working on horses and rider improving confidence, style and performance.

Cottown Equestrian- Kayleigh Evans

Based in North East Scotland, I run my own business, breaking/schooling/selling and producing horses with the help of my family, we run a small yard with 18 horses.

We compete all over the UK, our main discipline is showing but you’ll regularly see us out eventing as well as in the dressage ring! We have qualified for HOYS/Olympia and RI and compete at all the big county shows on the English circuit.. our team of show horses clock up an impressive amount of miles by the end of the show season, living in Scotland has a downside!

A big chunk of the horses we take in are from studs that are looking to sell on their youngsters and as a result has recently opened our doors to allow us to sell a bigger variety of horses! 

This year I’ve found it so enjoyable finding these horses fantastic homes, most of our ponies are aimed towards kids and nothing beats matching a pony to a young rider and seeing them blossom together!

KS Equestrian- Sally Dearing

My name is Sally Dearing and I am a 25 year old showjumper based in Beverly, East Yorkshire.

I run my own breaking/schooling livery yard and I am also a freelance instructor. I currently have a small string of show jumpers who I compete with regularly all over the country, attending many big shows and venues including National Championships and Young Horse Championships.  

My best horse ‘Hugo RS’ is now a 9-year-old who we have produced from an unbroken 3-year-old. He has competed in young horse classes since a 4-year-old and is now jumping National 1.30s.  I am passionate about producing young horses, and always have a few young horses which I produce and sell on, they really are my babies and I am always sorry to see them leave, while still feeling very proud to be a part of their journey.  I also ride a selection of exciting young horses for their owners which is something I love to do!

Gem Sport Horses – Georgie Millar

I am a 20yo freelance rider and groom based in the heart of West Wales with my 3 amazing horses: Cuzzi, Tommy and Eri.

Over the years I have gone from strength to strength and competed successfully in many different disciplines across the UK from showing to eventing, dressage, show jumping, hunting and polo, and recently have decided that the show jumping route is what I want to pursue.
I have been working as a freelance rider and groom for almost 3years now and it’s given me the opportunity to meet so many new people as well as being able to ride so many different horses and ponies.

 Its a great job and I love being paid to ride all day long and I’ve always dreamed of having a livery and production/sales yard and I have my heart set on it. I am an extremely hard worker and I know that my dream will turn into a reality soon.

Francesca Hicks Eventing- Seren Sport Horses & Basset Equestrian

I am an eventer with 2 young horses hoping to make it to suitable age classes. On top of this I run a business with a partner called ‘Seren Sporthorses’ we buy quality horses from Ireland and Europe to produce and sell on. We have roughly between 4-6 horses at anyone time to produce and sell on to new homes.

I began riding at age 7, combines over 15 years’ experience of teaching and training horses with a lifelong passion for eventing. With previous experience working at dressage and eventing yards, as well as working as a competition groom for an international show jumper.
Furthermore I run a livery yard ‘Bassett Equestrian’ based in Oxfordshire, offering livery and schooling.

The yard, which owes its name to my ‘heart horse’ — Bassett, allows me to spend time with horses, fulfilling my genuine passion for all things equine. Francesca’s genuine love of horses shines through everything she does.
