Horse Search acts as a venue to allow users to buy and sell horses and ponies plus services related to buying and selling horses and ponies, at anytime and from anywhere. We are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers, as a result we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the animals and services advertised. Do not assume that the sale or purchase of items advertised is valid and legal because it is listed on our website.
You accept sole responsibility for legality of your actions under laws applying to you. Horse Search ltd cannot be held responsible for purchasing horses or ponies that are unsuitable for the purchaser.
Sharing adverts on Horse Search social media platform. Any adverts posted on our website may be shared on our social media platforms. This includes our Facebook and Instagram pages. This means we may share a link to the advert. By posting an advert on our website you are happy for us to share advert content on our social media platforms.
No refunds will be made after the advertisement has been processed and is live on the website. The only exception to this will be at Horse Search discretion and in exceptional circumstances.
